In the same design as the 3-blade, the 4-blade DQ469 may be a more suitable choice for a particular application.

- Under certain loading conditions, or where full keels, tunnels, or pockets affect the water flow to the propeller, a 4-blade may be the better choice to maximize thrust and minimize noise and vibration.

- DQ469 propellers are available in certifiable manganese Bronze or NiBrAl material. Standard SAE or metric bores are readily available.

- "Cupped" trailing edges are available in NiBrAl material.

- DQ469 propellers are hand crafted, carefully inspected, and balanced to close tolerance. The designs offer exceptional service life, and contribute to trouble free enjoyment of boating.
